Hi, I’m Natalie
I work with clients who are self-aware, intuitive + doing all the “right” things, but still feel stuck. If you’re here, you’ve probably been to therapy before but didn’t get the results you were expecting. You’re looking for a different approach that’s more than just talking and creates real (lasting) change.
My approach involves identifying the source of your struggles at the root, and using this awareness to shed unhelpful patterns in the present. We’ll also work on building practical tools to make your current symptoms more manageable, so that you so that you can start feeling better sooner and move forward with your life.

If we both decide we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule our first appointment. During our first session, I’ll ask you some questions to get a better sense of where you are and we’ll work on setting some goals.
