Hi, I’m Natalie
I work with clients who are self-aware, intuitive + looking for a slightly “out-of-the-box” approach. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before it just felt like one long vent session without any real guidance or direction. I get it and it’s why I’ve created a blended approach with modern methods (like EMDR + Brainspotting) that involve more than just talking.
My approach involves identifying the source of your struggles at the root, and using this awareness to shed unhelpful patterns in the present. We’ll also work on building practical tools to make your current symptoms more manageable, so that you can start feeling better sooner + move forward with your life.

If we both decide we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule our first appointment. During our first session, I’ll ask you some questions to get a better sense of where you are and we’ll work on setting some goals.
